Aaron and I participated in the 2011 Stansbury Days Triathlon. I love this local event. It is so much fun to compete with friends and neighbors. I improved my time this year by 4 minutes but dropped in the rankings; the competition was fierce this year. I'll have to really work hard for my next Tri!

Tiff did awesome! She beat me by 30 seconds; that's really great 6 months postpartum.
