Half Marathon
Back in June, Aaron and I ran the Utah Valley Half Marathon. It was a great race. We finished at 2 hours 9 minutes; we were able to stay just under 10 minute miles for the 13.1 miles of the race. I felt really good about our time. It was a long run, and I was very sore for the next few days. We are looking forward to signing up for another half this summer or fall and trying to improve our time.
