Climbing & Camping

We took the girls on their first backpacking trip up to Ruth Lake in the High Uintah Mountains. We had such a great time. The girls were super hikers and campers. We went climbing the next morning with the Hopkinson family. It is always fun to push my fears of heights with some rock climbing. :)

Aaron hauled all our light stuff in the jogging stroller. It was a nice idea in thought, but not a great idea in reality. The stroller got beat up.

Back to School Bash 2012

We had an awesome Back to School party this year. We rented a giant water slide, had a BBQ, and enjoyed a day with friends. It was hard to say good-bye to summer this year. We had such a great summer; I loved having Emmy home with us. The girls had so much fun playing everyday all day long.

You can see Alison's scared face at the top. She chickened out. She enjoyed the slide when it was dry. She wasn't a big fan of the water.
