For our 10 year anniversary, we went to Havasu Falls with our dear friends Aaron and Tiffany Hopkinson. We had a marvelous time. This trip had a lot of firsts for me. It was the first time I ever went backpacking, and the first time I slept in a hammock. I loved both. I had no idea that this oasis existed at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. It is worth the 10 miles of hiking to see those incredible waterfalls.

Mooney Falls
It was a crazy hike and climb down to get to Mooney Falls.
Mooney Falls was massive. It was a really impressive waterfall.
We spent the entire day hiking along the river. We would walk in the water and sometimes on the trail. We had so much fun checking out the different jumping holes.
